- Talking to people you trust can help if you are feeling sad, stressed, confused, scared or angry.
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle if you are required to stay at home. Remember to care for yourself with:
- A proper diet
- Plenty of sleep
- Exercise
- Social contact with loved ones at home, and
- Social contact by email and phone with other family, friends and co-workers
A few more coping tips to help with this challenging time:
- Avoid smoking, alcohol or drugs to deal with your emotions
- Talk to a healthcare worker or counsellor if you feel overwhelmed
- Contact your Human Resources Department for any Health and Wellness support programs available to employees
